A sage lived in a forest and had gained miraculous powers through his meditation. One day, as he was meditating, a mouse ran into him and asked for help. It said that a cat was after him. The sage transformed it into a cat. Days later, it returned saying the dogs were after him. So the sage changed him into a dog. Then he said that tigers were after him. The sage transformed it into a tiger. One day, it met the sage and said that it wanted to eat him as it was hungry. The sage wanted to teach him a lesson. Just when the tiger was about to pounce on the sage, it was transformed into a mouse.
